ABOUT THE FIRM
Based in Miami, Florida, Conforme Nappi, P.A., was formed in 2015 to provide individuals, small businesses, large corporations, and those in between, with a link to the legislative process by providing a unique type of zealous, competitive, and competent representation to help protect their best interests. With years of multi-state experience before state legislatures and administrative agencies, the firm assists its clients in regulatory matters that often require prompt attention and action.
Our team has extensively lobbied in states like Florida, Wisconsin, Virginia, Tennessee, Arkansas, Alabama, Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota, Louisiana, Ohio, Utah, New Mexico, California, Nevada, and Colorado. This lobbying has allowed the firm to establish and foster strong relationships with gubernatorial staff, key legislators, administrators, local lobbyists, as well as business and corporate representatives. The firm also represents its clients at different trade, legislative, and political gatherings to ensure visibility, establish connections, and bring their clients' issues to the forefront.
Jorge is an attorney and lobbyist with the firm. With over ten years of experience in the governmental arena, he represents clients before state legislatures and executive branches throughout the country.
Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Conforme represented the country’s largest community college before the Florida Legislature and Executive Branch. He also served as Government Affairs Manager for a Fortune-500 company and was responsible for its interests and goals throughout Western, Midwestern, Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern states. He attributes his interest in government relations to his experience as a legislative aide to a legislator at the Florida House of Representatives.
Mr. Conforme received his Bachelor of Arts in Government along with a Minor in History and a Certificate in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University. He received his law degree from the Widener University School of Law and is a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
Andrea focuses her practices on regulatory and compliance matters serving clients primarily within the alcohol industry. She provides insight and guidance on complex regulatory matters including federal and state licensing, importation requirements, trade practices, franchise laws, product formulation, and more. Andrea continues to grow her presence in the industry through her active participation and speaking engagements in various trade events such as NABCA’s Legal Symposium and Miami’s Rum Renaissance.
Andrea received her law degree from Widener University and her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago. She is admitted to practice in Florida and is a member of the American Bar Association.
